Kivora
Kivora privacy notice
This notice explains how Kivora collects, uses, shares, stores, protects, and deletes data used for business workspaces, storefronts, checkout, and connected platforms.
Data Kivora uses
Account, company, team, store, product, order, support, billing, reporting, storefront, and checkout data is used to operate the tenant workspace and customer workflows.
Meta platform data
When a business connects Facebook or Instagram, Kivora requests only the permissions needed for the selected business features. Kivora does not sell Meta platform data or transfer it to unrelated advertising networks or data brokers.
Security, credentials, and service providers
Kivora uses tenant scoping, authenticated access, encrypted credential storage, audit records, and limited access to sensitive operational data. Service providers receive only the information needed to provide authorised services.
Advertising measurement and choices
On Kivora's public website, optional measurement tags run only after a visitor allows marketing cookies: the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, and Google AdSense. One choice governs all of them, and Google's tags start denied on every visit until it is given. None of them run on tenant storefronts. Kivora's site code does not add registration-form contact fields to those event calls. Meta and Google may process event, browser, and device data under the visitor's consent choice and their own settings and policies. Withdrawing consent sends Meta's consent-revoke command, lowers Google's consent signals back to denied, and stops future Kivora-triggered events in that browser.
Retention and choices
Data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain required records. Requests may be sent to support@kvra.co.za.
